AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($32,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of inlets, manholes, and pipe, together with repay-
ment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Maintenance Repairs Number 22-C (S-2084,
C-1027), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($32,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used for the construction of inlets, manholes,
and pipe, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Maintenance Repairs
Number 22-C (S-2084, C-1027), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1984.
