AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs Number 22-D (S-2085, C-
1040), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive
Director to Truss Brothers Construction Company, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets,
manholes, and pipe in Maintenance Repairs Number 22-D (S-2085, C-
1040), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
10th day of February, 1984, and formally executed on the 21st day
of February, 1983, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1984.
