AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the construction
of sewer modifications, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other cost
incurred in connection with such project, in Wheaton No. 2425 (S-
1694, C-1051), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used
for the construction of sewer modifications, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other cost incurred in connection with such con-
struction project, in Wheaton No. 2425 (S-1694, C-1051), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1984.
