AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue Account to the Legal
Services Department (Account No. 444) for easement and real
property acquisition in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue
Account to the Legal Services Department (Account No. 444) for
easement and real property acquisition in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
Subdistrict.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1984.
