AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title, or interest of
the District in the public sewer in the vacated North - South
alley in City Block 2134 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the land has requested that the
District vacate all right, title, or interest that it may have in
the subject sewer, and the District has no further use for said
sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates all right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described sewer, to wit:
That public sewer in the vacated North - South alley
being part of City block 2134 of the City of St. Louis, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said
North - South alley with the North line of Henrietta Street, sixty
(60) feet wide, also being the Southwestern corner of Lot 25 of
George Maguire's Second Subdivision; thence along the East line of
said alley Northwardly one hundred forty-two and 1/100 (142.01)
feet to a point in the South line of a parcel of land described to
the City of St. Louis in Deed Book 218-M, Page 1959 of the City of
St. Louis records; thence along said City of St. Louis parcel
Westwardly fifteen (15) feet to a point in the prolongation of the
Western line of said alley; thence along the prolongation of the
Western line of said alley and also along the Western line of said
alley Southwardly one hundred forty two and 3/100 (142.03) feet to
the North line of said Henrietta Street; thence along the North
line of said Henrietta Street Eastwardly fifteen (15) feet to the
point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1984. -2-
