AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company of St. Louis for the construction of storm
sewers in Chez Paree Apartments (S-2122, C-1066), in the City of
Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company of St. Louis,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Chez Paree Apartments (S-2122, C-1066), in the City of
Hazelwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th day of
February, 1984, and formally executed on the 13th day of March,
1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1984.
