AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-464 with Volz Engineering &
Surveying, Inc. for professional services pertaining to sanitary
and stormwater projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary--
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-464 with
Volz Engineering & Surveying, Inc. for professional services
pertaining to sanitary and stormwater projects.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1984.
