AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-nine Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($89,400.00) from the Subdistrict Planning Fund
for the design of the Meramec Interceptor Sewer - I (Riverside) in
the Lower Meramec River Basin. (Part of Federal Project No. C-
290875)
WHEREAS, under the 1981 Amendments to the Clean Water
Act, funding for Step 1 and Step 2 grants must be advanced by the
grantee, and allowance will be made for the federal share and
state share of advanced funds when the grantee receives the Step 3
Construction Grant, and
WHEREAS, when this allowance is made, said funds shall
be repaid to the Subdistrict Planning Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT.
Section One. The sum of Eighty-nine Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($89,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Subdistrict Planning Fund for the design of the Meramec Intercep-
tor Sewer - I (Riverside) in the Lower Meramec River Basin. (Part
of Federal Project No. C-290875)
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1984.
