AN ORDINANCE, transferring Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) as a loan from the General Fund of the District to
the Terri - Robyn Operating Fund, and appropriating Forty-one
Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($41,600.00) from the Terri - Robyn
Operating Fund for the design of the Terri - Robyn Wastewater
Treatment Plant and Barnwood Pump Station Relief Interceptors in
Subarea 8 of the Lower Meramec River Basin. (Part of Federal
Project No. C-290875), and directing repayment of said loan.
WHEREAS, under the 1981 Amendments to the Clean Water
Act, funding for Step 1 and Step 2 grants must be advanced by the
grantee, and allowance will be made for the federal share and
state share of advanced funds when the grantee receives the Step 3
Construction Grant, and
WHEREAS, when this allowance is made, said funds shall
be repaid to the Terri - Robyn Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby transferred as a loan from the General Fund
of the District to the Terri - Robyn Operating Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Forty-one Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($41,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the Terri Robyn
Operating Fund for the design of the Terri Robyn Wastewater
Treatment Plant and Barnwood Pump Station Relief Interceptors in
Subarea 8 of Lower Meramec River Basin. (Part of Federal Project
No. C-290875).
Section Three. The Director of Finance is hereby
directed to repay to the General Fund of the District the loan as
provided in Section One of this ordinance as funds become avail-
able in the Terri - Robyn Service Area of the District.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1984. -2-
