AN ORDINANCE, transferring One Hundred Fifty-three
Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($153,200.00) from the Operating,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the Meramec River
Basin - M.S.D. Southwest to the Subdistrict Planning Fund, and
appropriating One Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars
($153,200.00) from the Subdistrict Planning Fund for the design of
the South County Wastewater Treatment Plant and Christopher Road
Pump Station Relief Interceptors in Subarea 8 of the Lower Meramec
River Basin. (Part of Federal Project No. C-290875)
WHEREAS, under the 1981 Amendments to the Clean Water
Act, funding for Step 1 and Step 2 grants must be advanced by the
grantee, and allowance will be made for the federal share and
state share of advanced funds when the grantee receives the Step 3
Construction Grant, and
WHEREAS, when this allowance is made, said funds shall
be repaid to the Subdistrict Planning Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty-three
Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($153,200.00) is hereby transferred
from the Operating, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of the Meramec River Basin - M.S.D. Southwest to the Subdistrict
Planning Fund.

Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Fifty-three
Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($153,200.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Subdistrict Planning Fund for the design of the South
County Wastewater Treatment Plant and Christopher Road Pump
Station Relief Interceptors in Subarea 8 of the Lower Meramec
River Basin. (Part of Federal Project No. C-290875).
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
