AN ORDINANCE, transferring Sixty-six Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($66,500.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees
Account to the Subdistrict Planning Fund, and appropriating Sixty-
six Thousand Five Hundred ($66,500.00) from the Subdistrict
Planning Fund for Value Engineering services required in the
design of the Missouri River Wastewater Treatment Plant in the
Lower Missouri River Basin. (Part of Federal Project No. C-
291148)
WHEREAS, under the 1981 Amendments to the Clean Water
Act, funding for Step 1 and Step 2 grants must be advanced by the
grantee, and allowance will be made for the federal share and
state share of advanced funds when the grantee receives the Step 3
Construction Grant, and
WHEREAS, when this allowance is made, said funds shall
be repaid to the Subdistrict Planning Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-six Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($66,500.00) is hereby transferred from the Fee
Fee Connection Fees Account to the Subdistrict Planning Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Sixty-six Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($66,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Subdistrict Planning Fund for Value Engineering services required
in the design of the Missouri River Wastewater Treatment Plant in
the Lower Missouri River Basin. (Part of Federal Project No. C-
291148).
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1984.
