AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-463 with CH2M Hill Central, Inc.
for the design of the Lemay Interceptor and Macklind Avenue Grit
Diversion System in the Lemay - River des Peres Service Area of
the Mississippi River Basin. (Part of Federal Project No. C-
291077)
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-463 with CH2M Hill
Central, Inc. for the design of the Lemay Interceptor and Macklind
Avenue Grit Diversion System in the in the Lemay - River des Peres
Service Area of the Mississippi River Basin. (Part of Federal
Project No. C-21077)
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1984.
