AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 5498, as adopted
February 8, 1984, and adopting a new ordinance in lieu thereof,
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-444 with Wabash Drilling Company for engineering
services including drilling, sampling and soils testing.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 5498, as adopted February
8, 1984, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-444 with
Wabash Drilling Company for engineering services including
drilling, sampling and soils testing.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1984.
