AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Grand & Little
Broadway - Phase 2 (S-1683, C-1050), in Unincorporated St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive
Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Grand & Little
Broadway - Phase 2 (S-1683, C-1050), in Unincorporated St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 12th day of
March, 1984, and formally executed on the 27th day of March, 1984,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1984.
