AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of the gabion wall in
Appleton Drive, (S-1848, C-1076), in the City of University City,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive
Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of the gabion wall in
Appleton Drive, (S-1848, C-1076), in the City of University City,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 8th day of March,
1984, and formally executed on the 27th day of March, 1984, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary--
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1984.
