AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Million Three Hundred
Sixty-four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-seven Dollars
($5,364,757.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account of which
Five Hundred Thirty-six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-seven
Dollars ($536,477.00) is to be used to pay the District's ten
percent (10%) share; a grant of Four Million Twenty-three Thousand
Five Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars ($4,023,567.00) has been received
from the Environmental Protection Agency, and Eight Hundred Four
Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($804,713.00) has been
reserved by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for
Contracts C-974 (Construction of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary
Interceptor-Reach "A"), C-975 (Construction of Creve Coeur Creek
Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "B"), and C-976 (Construction of Creve
Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "C"), C-977 (Construction
of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "D"), and C-978
(Construction of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Reach
"E"), Federal Project C-291148-06.
WHEREAS, the District has received a seventy-five per-
cent (75%) grant from the Environmental Protection Agency of the
United States to pay seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost of
said project, and
WHEREAS, a fifteen percent (15%) grant has been
reserved by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to pay
fifteen percent (15%) of the cost of said project,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Thirty-six
Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars ($536,477.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account to
pay ten percent (10%) of the cost for Contracts C-974 (Construc-
tion of Creve Coeur Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "A"), C-975
(Construction of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Reach
"B"), C-976 (Construction of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Inter-
ceptor-Reach "C"), C-977 (Construction of Creve Coeur Creek
Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "D"), and C-978 (Construction of Creve
Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "E"), Federal Project C-
291148-06.
Section Two. The grant from the Environmental Pro-
tection Agency of the United States amounts to Four Million
Twenty-three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars
($4,023,567.00), which will be deposited in the Fee Fee Connection
Fees Account, and is to pay seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost
for Contracts C-974 (Construction of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary
Interceptor-Reach "A"), C-975 (Construction of Creve Coeur Creek
Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "B"), C-976 (Construction of Creve
Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "C"), C-977 (Construction
of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "D"), and C-978
(Construction of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Reach
"E"), Federal Project C-291148-06; and said amount is hereby

appropriated to be used to make said payments when due and payable
under the terms of the contracts for said project.

Section Three. The reserved grant from the Missouri
Department of Natural Resources amounts to Eight Hundred Four
Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($804,713.00), which will
be deposited in the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account, and is to pay
fifteen percent (15%) of the cost for Contracts C-974
(Construction of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Reach
"A"), C-975 (Construction of Creve Coeur Sanitary Interceptor--
Reach "B"), C-976 (Construction of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary
Interceptor-Reach "C"), C-977 (Construction of Creve Coeur Creek
Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "D"), and C-978 (Construction of Creve
Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Reach "E"), Federal Project C-
291148-06; and said amount is hereby appropriated to be used to
make said payments when due and payable under the terms of the
contracts for said project.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
