AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract C-977 with Tarlton Corporation,
for the construction of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Interceptor-
Reach "D". (Federal Project No. C-291148-06).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract C-977 with Tarlton
Corporation, for the construction of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary
Interceptor-Reach "D". (Federal Project No. C-291148-06).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Million
Three Hundred Seventy-three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-six
Dollars ($1,373,966.00) and such other items and conditions as are
approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel
of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1984.
