AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title, or interest of
the District in the public sewer in the alley in City Block 2259
of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the land has requested that the
District vacate all right, title, or interest that it may have in
the subject sewer, and the District has no further use for said
sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates all right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described sewer, to wit:
That public sewer in the alley being part of City Block
2259 of the City of St. Louis, and more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a point on the Eastern line of Josephine
Street, forty (40) feet wide, at its intersection with the
Northern line of said alley fifteen (15) feet wide, thence
Eastwardly along said Northern line of said alley a distance of
three hundred forty (340) feet to its intersection with the
Western line of the fourteen and 25/100 (14.25) foot wide North
and South alley in City Block 2259, thence Southwardly along said
Western line of said North and South alley a distance of fifteen
(15) feet to its intersection with the Southern line of said
fifteen (15) foot wide alley, thence Westwardly along the Southern
line of said alley a distance of three hundred and forty (340)
feet to its intersection with the Eastern line of Josephine
Street, as aforementioned, thence Northwardly along said Eastern
street line fifteen (15) feet to the point of beginning.
