AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-three Thousand
Dollars ($53,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Con-
struction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the
construction of inlets and manholes, together with repayment of
the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Maintenance Repairs Number 26-B (S-2303, C-1081), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($53,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of inlets and
manholes, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Maintenance Repairs
Number 26-B (S-2303, C-1081), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
