AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company of St. Louis for the construction of inlets
and manholes in Maintenance Repairs Number 26-B (S-2303, C-1081),
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive
Director to Bommarito Construction Company of St. Louis, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets and
manholes in Maintenance Repairs Number 26-B (S-2303, C-1081), in
St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th
day of March 1984, and formally executed on the 10th day of April,
1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 25, 1984.
