AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to lease to Larry Cato and Sharon Cato, his
wife, certain real property of the District in the City of
Overland, St. Louis County, Missouri for use as a residence, and
to execute a Lease Agreement upon the terms and conditions
hereinafter set out.
WHEREAS, the use of said property as herein specified
will not interfere with any District operations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized and directed to lease to Larry Cato and
Sharon Cato, his wife, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter
set out, for use as a residence, the real property of the District
in the City of Overland, St. Louis County, Missouri, known and
numbered as 2544 Sims Avenue.
Section Two. The lease shall be for a term of one (1)
year, commencing April 1, 1984 and terminating March 31, 1985, at
the rental of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per month.
Section Three. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Lease Agreement
giving effect to Sections One and Two hereof, and embodying such
other terms and conditions as approved by the Director of Legal
Services.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 25, 1984
