AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in the Southeast
one-fourth (1/4) Section 23, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in
St. Louis County. Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement, and the
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following ten foot (10') wide
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 9 of Steeplechase Lane;
thence North 89 degrees 14 minutes West three and 0/100
feet (3.00') to the point of beginning: thence North 16
degrees 23 minutes West two hundred feet (200') to the
point of termination, as recorded in Book 5327, Pages
379 and 380 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 9, 1984
