AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
City Block 718, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate said portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
said subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The portion of an easement in City Block 718 of the
City of St. Louis, Missouri, more
specifically described as a ten (10) foot
wide strip South of and abutting the North
line of Lot 9 from the East line of Broadway
Eastwardly a distance of ninety-eight and
fifty-eight hundredths feet (98.58').
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 9, 1984
