AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-two Thousand Dollars
($82,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for final
design of Avery Court - Harrison Avenue Relief Sewer project,
Contract E-467.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-two Thousand Dollars
($82,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for final design of Avery Court - Harrison
Avenue Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-467.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 9, 1984
