AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-467 with CH2M Hill for
engineering services for the final design of Avery Court -
Harrison Avenue Relief Sewer project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary--
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-467 with
CH2M Hill for engineering services for the final design of Avery
Court - Harrison Avenue Relief Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 9, 1984
