AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($900,000.00) from the Emergency Fund to be used for
emergency repairs in the Bissell Hills Sanitary Sewer Collapse (S-
2112, C-1089), in St. Louis County, Missouri, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars
($900,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund to be
used for emergency repairs in the Bissell Hills Sanitary Sewer
Collapse (S-2112, C-1089), in St. Louis County, Missouri, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred with such project.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
