AN ORDINANCE awarding a contract to Home Indemnity
Company (Lawton, Byrne, Bruner Insurance Agency Company, Agent)
for the District's automobile fleet insurance coverage from June
1, 1984 to May 31, 1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Home Indemnity Company, who submitted
the lowest bid to the District for the District's automobile fleet
insurance, at and for a premium of Forty-two Thousand Fifty-five
Dollars ($42,055.00) for such policy period, is hereby awarded the
contract for such automobile fleet insurance coverage from June 1,
1984 to May 31, 1985.
This foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 16, 1984
