AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Nine Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-one and 10/100 Dollars
($9,221.10) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used
for additional costs for sewer rehabilitation, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
project, in Market - 9th Street (S-1974, C-1023), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Two Hundred
Twenty-one and 10/100 Dollars ($9,221.10) is hereby appropriated
from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for
additional costs for sewer rehabilitation, together with repayment
of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
project, in Market - 9th Street (S-1974, C-1023), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
