AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the costs
of printing copies of documents, results of subsurface conditions,
and addenda for the general contractors, subcontractors, and
general consultants, and cost of advertising for the Step 3
construction in Creve Coeur Creek, EPA Project No. C291148; Grand
Glaize Creek and Grand Glaize Expansion-Vance Road and Kiefer
Creek Pumping Stations, EPA Project No. C290875.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the costs of printing copies of documents, results of
subsurface conditions, and addenda for the general contractors,
subcontractors, and general consultants, and cost of advertising
for the Step 3 construction in Creve Coeur Creek, EPA Project No.
C291148; Grand Glaize Creek and Grand Glaize Expansion-Vance Road
and Kiefer Creek Pumping Stations, EPA Project No. C290875.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 23, 1984
