AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-six Thousand Dollars
($26,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for a financial
feasibility study for the planned sale of sewer revenue bonds.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-six Thousand Dollars
($26,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for a financial feasibility study for the Planned sale of
sewer revenue bonds.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 23, 1984.
