HomeMy Public PortalAbout05635 O R D I N A N C E NO. 5635 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 603 (Hilltop and Lombardy) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a Petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 603 (Hilltop and Lombardy). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 603 (Hilltop and Lombardy) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) HILLTOP AND LOMBARDY Commencing at the intersection of the east line of Hilltop Drive (40 feet wide) and the centerline of Lombardy Lane (30 feet wide); thence eastwardly along said centerline of Lombardy Lane, a distance of 69.00 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing eastwardly along said centerline of Lombardy Lane, a distance of 140.00 feet to a point, being the northeast corner of property conveyed to Bernard C. Schaper, Jr. and Mary Margaret Schaper, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 5961, Page 607 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line of said Schaper property, a distance of 215.96 feet to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the south line of said Schaper property, a distance of 70.00 feet to the southwest corner thereof, said point being the southeast corner of property conveyed to Wesley H. Kaetzel and Thelma I. Kaetzel, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 2544, Page 251 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south line of said Kaetzel property, a distance of 70.00 feet to a point; thence northwardly along a line being westwardly of and parallel to the east line of said Kaetzel property, a distance of 215.96 feet to the point of beginning.
