AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Hartnett
#259 (S-2018, C-1087), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Hartnett #259 (S-2018, C-1987), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 26th day of April, 1984, and formally
executed on the 15th day of May, 1984, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1984.
