AN ORDINANCE, transferring Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the Gravois Creek, Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) from the Operation Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Maline Creek, and Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) from the
Fee Fee Connection Fees account to the General Fund of the
District, and making a supplemental appropriation of Fifty-five
Thousand Dollars ($55,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District for the removal and replacement of concrete streets,
driveways, sidewalks and curbing in Maintenance Paving Contract
1983-84 (S-1690, C-1029), at various locations within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Fee Fee Connection Fees
Account to the General Fund of the District.
Section Six. The sum of Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) is hereby appropriated form the General Fund of the
District for the removal and replacement of concrete streets,
driveways, sidewalks and curbing in Maintenance Paving Contract
1983-84 (S-1690, C-1029), at various locations within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Seven. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
