AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J.H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Caulks Creek Sanitary Interceptor Lines I and J (C-824), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J.H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Caulks Creek Sanitary Interceptor Lines I and J (C-824).
in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th
day of May, 1984, and formally executed on the 22nd day of May,
1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1984.
