AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-seven Thousand
Dollars ($27,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to be used for the
reconstruction of manholes, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Maintenance Repairs Number 26A (S-2233, C-1080), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand Dollars
($27,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to
be used for the reconstruction of manholes, together with
repayment of the costs of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Maintenance Repairs Number 26A (S-2233,
C-1080), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
