AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction Company, Inc. for the reconstruction of manholes, in
Maintenance Repairs Number 26A (S-2233, C-1080), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction Company, Inc.,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the reconstruction of
manholes, in Maintenance Repairs Number 26A (S-2233, C-1080), in
St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 7th
day of May, 1984, and formally executed on the 22nd day of May,
1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1984.
