AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($310,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
the purchase of all real property, sewage treatment facilities,
pump stations, improvements and easement rights, all personal
property, all franchise and contract rights, and all accounts
receivable of Riverside Sewer Company, Inc., a Missouri
Corporation, and directing the repayment of such funds to the
General Fund of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($310,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for the purchase of all real property, sewage
treatment facilities, pump stations, improvements and easement
rights, all personal property, all franchise and contract rights,
and all accounts receivable of Riverside Sewer Company, Inc., a
Missouri Corporation.
Section Two. Upon receipt of adequate funds from
Contribution in Aid of Construction (CIAC) fees and surplus from
sewer service charges in the Riverside Service Area, the sum as
hereby appropriated will be repaid to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 20, 1984
