AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Metro Gardens,
Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in Bluespring Lane (S-
2258, C-1082), in the City of Frontenac, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metro Gardens, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in
Bluespring Lane (S-2258, C-1082), in the City of Frontenac,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day of March,
1984, and formally executed on the 8th day of May, 1984, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1984.
