AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Latty
Avenue #8417 (S-2102, C-1091), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive
Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Latty
Avenue #8417 (S-2102, C-1091), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 21st day of May 1984, and formally
executed on the 12th day of June, 1984, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1984.
