AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-Five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction in Turquoise No.
9025 (S-2046, C-1092), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Turquoise No. 9025 (S-2046, C-1092), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1984.
