AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Schuster
Engineering, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Turquoise No. 9025 (S-2046, C-1092), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Schuster Engineering, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction or sanitary sewers in
Turquoise No. 9025 (S-2046, C-1092), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 21st day of May, 1984,
and formally executed on the 12th day of June, 1984, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1984.
