AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Patricia-Lee (S-2134, C-1059), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Patricia-Lee (S-2134, C-1059), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 24th day of May, 1984, and formally
executed on the 12th day of June, 1984, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1984.
