AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Ford-Thurston (S-2133, C-1060), in the City of Ferguson,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Two Hundred Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
($206,250.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Fund of Maline Creek to be
used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of the costs of Engineering, Survey and Inspection and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Ford-Thurston (S-2133, C-1060), in the
City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1984.
