AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Betty
Lee/Ridgeway Relief Sewer (S-2136, C-1062), in the City of Bel-
Ridge, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Betty Lee/Ridgeway Relief Sewer (S-2136, C-1062), in the City of
Bel-Ridge, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 24th day of
May, 1984, and formally executed on the 12th day of June, 1984, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1984.
