AN ORDINANCE, vacating certain sewer easements in West
Pointe Townhouses, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit: Two easements located in West Pointe Townhouses as recorded in Plat Book 129 Page 39, of the St. Louis County Records, and more particularly described as follows: Easement 1 - Commencing at a point on the South line of West Pointe Townhouses, said point being North 89 degrees 44 minutes West, a distance of two hundred forty five feet (245') from the Southeast corner of West Pointe Townhouses; thence North 0 degrees 16 minutes East a distance of sixty five feet (65') to a point on the South line of a road and parking easement; thence along the South line of said road and parking easement North 89 degrees 44 minutes West ten feet (10') to a point; thence South 0 degrees 16 minutes West sixty five feet (65') to a point on the South line of West Pointe Townhouses; thence along said South line South 89 degrees 44 minutes East a distance of ten feet (10') to the point of beginning. . Easement 2 - Commencing at a point on the South line of West Pointe Townhouses, said point being North 89 degrees 44 minutes West, a distance of two hundred sixty feet (260') from the Southeast corner of West Pointe Townhouses; thence North 0 degrees 16 minutes
East, a distance of sixty five feet (65') to a point on the South line of a road and parking easement; thence along the South line of said road and parking easement North 89 degrees 44 minutes West ten feet (10') to a point; thence South 0 degrees 16 minutes West sixty five feet (65') to a point on the South line of West Pointe Townhouses; thence along said South line South 89 degrees 44 minutes East a distance of ten feet (10') to the point of beginning.
