AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots M-13, M-14 and M-17 of Cunningham Industrial Park Plat No. 1,
in the City of University City, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the sewer easements in
Lots M-13, M-14 and M-17 of Cunningham Industrial Park Plat No. 1,
in the City of University City, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
described below are hereby vacated, to wit: The five foot (5') easement along the South line of Lot M-13, the West eighty feet (80') of the five foot (5') easement along the South line of Lot M-14, and the West two hundred feet (200') of the five foot (5') easement along the North line of Lot M-17 of Cunningham Industrial Park Plat No. 1, as recorded in Plat Book 136, Pages 38 and 39 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1984. -2-
