AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-four Thousand Eight
Hundred Eighty-three and 20/100 Dollars ($54,883.20) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Subdistrict No. 449 (Meramec River Basin - M.S.D. Southwest) for
the acquisition of a certain parcel of real property in St. Louis
County, Missouri for the construction of the Vance Road Pump
Station (part of Federal Project No. C-290875).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 5461, adopted January 11, 1984,
authorized the acquisition of said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-four Thousand Eight
Hundred Eighty-three and 20/100 Dollars ($54,883.20) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. 449 (Meramec River Basin -
M.S.D. Southwest) for the acquisition of a certain parcel of real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the construction of the
Vance Road Pump Station (part of Federal Project No. C-290875).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1984.
