AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
"Maryville Centre Plat One" a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: A tract of land being part of Section 18, Township 45 North - Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point reached by the following courses and distances: Beginning at the Southeast corner of "Maryville Centre Plat One"; a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 150 on September 26, 1983 in the St. Louis County Records; said point being also on the North right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 40 T.R.; thence Northwestwardly along said North right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 40 T.R. North 70 degrees 26 minutes 33 seconds West 122.23 feet and North 75 degrees 00 minutes 57 seconds West 280.23 feet to a point; thence leaving said North right-of-away line of U.S. Highway 40 T.R. North 21 degrees 01 minutes 29 seconds East 13.31 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 21 degrees 01 minute 29 seconds East 152.29 feet to a point; thence North 16 degrees 42 minutes 09 seconds East 81.95 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 73 degrees 17 minutes 51 seconds East 540 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 41.98 feet; thence North 68 degrees 50 minutes 37 seconds West 2.29 feet to a point; thence South 21 degrees 01 minute 29 seconds West 279.75 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 53 seconds East 10.70 feet to the actual point of beginning and containing 0.051 acres according to calculations by Volz Engineering & Surveying, Inc. December 21, 1983. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1984.
