AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thirty-five
Thousand Dollars ($335,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Mill Creek Relief-Nebraska
Interceptor (S-2141, C-1065), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to
contribute One Hundred Eighty Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
($180,750.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Mississippi River Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thirty-five
Thousand Dollars ($335,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the costs of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Mill
Creek Relief-Nebraska Interceptor (S-2141, C-1065), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1984.
