AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 in Laclede Airport Park, in the City of
Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District has no further use for said
portions of said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit: The five (5) foot easement along the West Line of Lot 5 from a point twelve (12) feet north of the Southwest Line to a point ten (10) feet south of the North Line of said Lot 5; the five (5) foot easement along the west Line of Lots 6 and 7 from a point ten (10) feet north of the South Line of Lot 9 to the North Line of Lot 7; the ten (10) foot easement along the East Line of Lots 8 and 9 from the North Line of Lot 8 to a point ten (10) feet north of the South Line of Lot 9; and the five (5) foot easement along the East Line of Lot 10 from a point ten [10) feet south of the North Line of Lot 5 to a point twelve (12) feet north of the Southwest Line of Lot 5; all of this in Laclede Airport park as recorded in Plat Book 136 Pages 90 and 91 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1984. -2-
